  27. Dale Adams

For the entire equestrian community in Ireland, I believe that we all feel how we have lost one of our own, doing the sport we all love so much. As little ones, Harriet, Oliver and Zoe were always at the shows supporting Jo and Ger in amateurs, where as parents they were great sportspeople and role models for their children. Then the roles were reversed with Jo and Ger in the supporting roles for their children in the sport. As a sport, show jumping brings families together because of how we have to work together and help each other with the horses. As a show jumping family, we understand the bonds the sport forges and we are devastated for your loss. Our deepest thoughts and prayers to the entire family on the loss of your beautiful girl.

  28. Annie Fox

Deepest sympathies Jo, Ger, Oliver and Zoe, thinking of you all at this very sad time.

  29. Anne Marie O' Gorman, Lissava Stud Farm

To Ger, Jo, Zoe & Oliver,

I cannot believe what has happened to Harriet, and I can only imagine the depth of your pain. I want to express my deepest sympathies to you all, from everyone here at Lissava Stud.

Life can be unbearably unfair at times. Harriet was an amazing and incredibly talented rider, and her loss is felt deeply by all who knew her. I hope that, in time, each of you will find your own way to cope with this unimaginable heartbreak.
Please know that my thoughts are with you every day.
    May Harriet Rest in Peace.
    With heartfelt condolences,
    Anne Marie & Alex

Dear Pendfold Family , I am so sorry for your loss. I can only imagine how difficult this time must be for you. My heart goes out to you at this difficult time

Losing a sister and a daughter is like losing a part of yourself. She was someone who shared your childhood, your secrets, and your dreams. The bond between sisters and daughter is unique and irreplaceable.

Knowing that she was also an equestrian, I can only imagine the passion and joy she found in riding. Her love for horses, the wind in her hair, and the thrill of the ride—these were a part of who she was. May her spirit continue to run free. She will be truly missed by all in the equestrian community and I will light a candle for her tomorrow.

My deepest condolences to all of Harriet’s family and friends. She had such a massive impact on so many lives, and her smile lit up every room, stable or ring she ever walked into. Every single show I saw her at, her smile was beaming ear to ear. Harriet always made time to say hello, and always had kind words to say, or have a joke as we were stood at the pocket.
