The death has occurred of

Mary Anne Fogarty (Nee Ryan)

Mary Anne Fogarty (nee Ryan), Gortacurra, Templemore, Co Tipperary, and formerly Gortnahoe. 13th of October 2026 peacefully surrounded by her loving family, after an illness very bravely borne, with many years of care and support from doctors, nurses and staff of St James Hospital.

Predeceased by her parents Bridget and John Ryan (Gortnahoe).

Deeply regretted by her loving and devoted husband Sean, her sons William, Joseph and Sean Francis and her grandchildren, Cuan, Cathal, Tiernan, Senan, Eoin, Cillian, Daniel and Caitriona, her daughters in law Aoife, Emma and Carol. Sister, Bridget Quirke (Mullinahone) Brothers, Paddy (Gortnahoe), Joe (Urlingford) and John (Straffan) Brothers in Law, Sisters in Law, Nieces, Nephews and a wide circle of friends and former pupils.

Reposing in Grey’s Funeral Home Templemore (E41 TR83) this Thursday evening from 5 pm to 7 pm. Requiem Mass on Friday at 11 am in the Church of the Sacred Heart Templemore. Interment in St. Joseph’s Cemetery Templemore afterwards.
