Josephine (Josie) Cantwell, nee Gleeson, Lisaticy and The Cotswolds, Moyne village, 4th of September 2026, surrounded by her family in the wonderful care of Fennor Hill Nursing Home.
Predeceased by her parents, Tom and Hanora, her husband Tony, son John & her grandson John, her three sisters Mary, Ciss and Statia and brother Jack.
Deeply regretted by her daughters Catherine, Nora, Mary, Teresa, Anne Marie and Jackie, sons, Thomas and Pat, 20 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, sons in law, daughters in law, nieces, nephews, Ethna Cantwell USA, neighbours and friends.
May Josephine’s gentle soul rest in peace.
Reposing in Grey’s Funeral Home Templemore (E41 Tr83) this Sunday evening from 4 pm to 7 pm. Requiem Mass in St. Mary’s Church Moyne on Monday at 11.30. Interment in St. Mary’s Cemetery Moyne afterwards.
