I had the honour of working with Vincent at two different companies in London. He was a mentor to me and taught me so much about excellence in our profession, always striving to do the right thing. I will remember him for his Irish charm, his humour, twinkling expression and wonderful smile. Howden finance will forever miss Vincent’s Happy New Year chocolates on the 1 October.
I am deeply grateful for the time I knew Vincent.

I had the pleasure of working with Vincent in London and immediately enjoyed some good Irish and Aussie banter with my fondness of Ireland and many visits there and Vincents time ‘down under’.

Vincent was always extremely giving with his time, taking on a mentor role for many people, including myself. I appreciated everything Vincent taught me and admired his drive, passion and commitment to the task at hand.

Outside I work I enjoyed chatting over a drink with Vincent, discussing life, business, travel and sport and I will miss his positive energy and advice.

Thank you, Vincent. We will all miss you and your kind heart. May you rest in peace.

My deepest sympathy to VK’s family. He was the centre of laughter, whether it was at Macquarie or after we spread to other parts of the world. When we were all back together it was like no time has passed. We’ll always remember the warmth he made us feel and the laughter he brought us over a good whiskey. Was an honour to have shared the time we had with Vincent. May he continue the good times in heaven.
Until we meet again VK, we’ll miss you.
