The death has occurred of

Derek O’ Brien

Main Street, Killenaule and formerly Richmond, Templemore, Co. Tipperary, 17th of August 2023, peacefully after a short illness very bravely borne.

Deeply regretted by his heartbroken wife Jacinta, mother Margaret, dad Richard, brother Richard, sister Alison, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends.

May Derek rest in peace.

Reposing in Grey’s Funeral Home Templemore this Sunday Evening from 5 pm to 8 pm. Removal from Grey’s Funeral Home on Monday Morning at 10 am for Cremation in Shannon Crematorium at 12 noon.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Tipperary Hospice or the Oak ward palliative care unit C/o Grey’s Funeral Home.
