The death has occurred of

Sheila Phelan Callanan

Dovea  Bouladuff Thurles Co Tipperary Formally of Radestown Kilkenny. 23rd of November 2022, Predeceased by her father Neddie

Peacefully at her home surrounded by her family. Will be greatly missed by her loving husband Con, and her adoring son Edward, her mother Nancy, her brothers, Michael, John, Eamon, Brendan, Dominic, her aunt Ann, Uncle in law, brother in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews ,step-mother in-law Josephine, relatives , and a large circle of friends .

Reposing at Greys funeral home Templemore on Friday from 5 to 8 pm.   Removal to Church of Saint Laurence O’Toole Monroe Inch The Ragg church on Saturday for requiem mass at 1.30pm with interment in the local cemetery

    I shared a ward room with Sheila in the Mercy Hospital for one day & one night on Wed 19th Oct. Sheila shared with me her prognosis as I saw down and spoke to her on the Thursday. She was such a lovely woman and spoke so much about her husband, Con, her only son, Edward and her mom.
    I was so sad to see of her passing 6 weeks later. Life is sooo cruel. To Sheila’s family, although I did not know you, I am so sorry for your loss. It’s absolutely heartbreaking for you all.
