The death has occurred of

Mary Tierney (Nee Duggan)

Mary Tierney (Nee Duggan) Templetuohy, and formerly Rearcross, Thurles, Co. Tipperary, 18th of September 2026, peacefully in the wonderful care of the Nurses and Staff of the Community Hospital of the Assumption, Thurles, surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her parents Mary and Daniel and brothers Paddy and John.

Deeply regretted by her loving husband Alan, daughter Gina, sons Alan and Mark, daughter in law Linda, son in law John, Alan’s partner Marie, grandchildren Shannon, Lee, Niall, Abigail, their mother Noreen, Jeffrey, Gregory and Grace, great grand son Grayson, sisters Nancy, Peggy, Biddy, Kathleen and Winnie, brother Dan, sister in law Margaret, brother in law Gerry, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

May Mary’s gentle soul rest in peace.

Reposing in Grey’s Funeral Home Templemore (E41 TR83) this Monday evening from 5 pm to 7 pm. Requiem Mass on Tuesday in the Church of the Sacred Heart Templetuohy at 11.30 am. Interment in St. Patrick’s Cemetery Thurles afterwards
